1. General Provisions
This website is owned and operated by SGS 3D DESIGN. All services, tools, and information provided here are conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.
2. Product Nature and Compliance (Crucial)
Sporting Accessories Only: All products manufactured by SGS 3D DESIGN are 3D-printed polymer (plastic) accessories designed exclusively for recreational air rifles (PCP and air-powered devices).
Non-Firearm Declaration: We strictly DO NOT sell firearms, ammunition, explosives, or regulated weapon components. Our products are non-functional, aesthetic, and ergonomic upgrades (e.g., grips, handles, bipods, and plastic magazines).
Safety & Legal Use: The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the use of these accessories complies with their local and national laws. SGS 3D DESIGN is not liable for the misuse or unauthorized modification of any air-powered devices.
3. Payment Methods
We provide multiple secure payment options to ensure a smooth checkout process:
Stripe (Recommended): Our preferred payment method for the fastest processing. Securely pay with your Credit or Debit card.
PayPal: Secure payment via your PayPal account or linked cards.
Bank Transfer: Manual payment via direct bank transfer. Orders are processed only after the funds are successfully cleared in our account.
Security: SGS 3D DESIGN does not store or have access to your sensitive financial data. All transactions are handled by encrypted third-party processors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days depending on the selected shipping tier and current demand.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their destination country.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Refund and Return Policy
14-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected, refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Custom Products: Personalized or custom-designed 3D prints are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
6. Claims and Mandatory Video Evidence
Unboxing Video: For any claim regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items, it is mandatory to provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
No Video, No Claim: We strictly will not consider any claims or provide replacements/refunds without clear video evidence.
7. Limitation of Liability
SGS 3D DESIGN shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the improper use, installation, or modification of our products. All items must be used for their intended recreational purpose only.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, and digital content on this site are the property of SGS 3D DESIGN. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
