Priority Delivery (with Priority Order Processing)
Orders are dispatched within 1β7 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or public holidays, dispatch may be delayed by 3β10 additional business days.
Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7β10 business days.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 14 additional business days due to seasonal volume.
Secured Delivery (with Priority Processing)
Recommended for orders up to β¬150.
Includes postal insurance: if the parcel is lost or damaged, the postal service will issue a refund.
What does βPriority Processingβ mean?
Priority orders are processed before standard ones. Please note that this does not guarantee faster postal delivery, as transit times depend on the destination and postal system.

Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

π Ordering Instructions
To ensure successful delivery:
Provide a valid email address for all order updates.
Include your mobile phone number with country code (e.g. +44 7123 456 789).
You will receive email notifications for each stage of your order. If you donβt see these messages, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact your email provider.
π§ How to Ensure Emails from Our Online Shop Always Land in Your Gmail Inbox and Aren't Marked as Spam or Blocked:
Add the Sender to Your Google Contacts
Step 1: Open Gmail and find an email from us (support@3d-pcp-parts.com).
Do not try to send us an email directly to this address; we will not receive it. Every contact is exclusively through the contact form in our online shop!
If you canβt find our email, it might have been blocked. In that case, proceed with Step 4 below.Step 2: Hover over the senderβs name or email address at the top of the email.
Step 3: Click the "Add to Contacts" icon (the little person icon).
This will help Gmail recognize us as a trusted sender, ensuring our emails go straight to your inbox and not to spam.
Create a Filter to Prevent Emails from Being Marked as Spam or Blocked
Step 1: Open Gmail and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select "See all settings".
Step 2: Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Step 3: Click "Create a new filter".
Step 4: In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist (e.g., our shopβs email).
Step 5: Click "Create filter".
Step 6: In the next window, check the box labeled "Never send it to Spam".
Step 7: Click "Create filter" to save.
This will ensure our emails always land in your inbox and wonβt get marked as spam or blocked by mistake.
π¦ Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, a tracking number will appear in your order history.
Please use this number to track your shipment β unfortunately, SGS 3D Design cannot track parcels on your behalf.
π Customer Responsibility
Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the customerβs responsibility.
Please ensure:
Your delivery information is accurate and complete.
The parcel is collected within the timeframe set by your local postal or courier service.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Reshipment will occur only after these fees are paid.
SGS 3D Design is not responsible for:
Delays caused by postal or courier services
Customs clearance procedures
Local taxes, import duties, or any additional fees charged upon delivery
