π Mounting Hole Measurements
To ensure your Custom Motorcycle Plate fits correctly, accurate measurements are required before production.
Please provide measurements in millimeters (mm):
π Distance of mounting holes from the top edge
π Distance of holes from left and right side edges
π© Screw size used on your motorcycle (M6, M8, etc.)
Example:
- Mounting holes may be positioned around 20 mm from the top edge
- Then measure the distance from the left and right sides
Different motorcycles use different mounting positions and bolt sizes.
The plate is designed with 2 mounting slots instead of simple round holes. The slots are slightly extended horizontally so the plate can move left or right and sit perfectly centered.
The upper and lower parts of the slots remain shorter and tighter to prevent movement and vibration after installation.
This design allows easier installation and better adjustment even if original mounting points are slightly different.
