Engraving is a special process where the letters are slightly recessed below the surface (0.8 mm), maintaining product strength while making the letters clearly visible.
Printing involves letters that are printed directly onto the product. These letters are up to 1 mm thick and go into the product's interior. This method uses more time and material, making it a more premium option.
When ordering, simply leave a note with the name or message you want printed. DO NOT FORGET TO KEEP IT WITHIN 10 LETTERS. If we can’t fit it, we’ll contact you to find a solution. We determine the location and color of the engraving or printing to ensure it’s clear and visible.

2. Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 14 additional business days due to seasonal volume.
3. Secured Delivery (with Priority Processing)
Recommended for orders up to €150.
Includes postal insurance: if the parcel is lost or damaged, the postal service will issue a refund.

Priority orders are processed before standard ones. Please note that this does not guarantee faster postal delivery, as transit times depend on the destination and postal system.

🔐 Customer Responsibility
Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Your delivery information is accurate and complete.
The parcel is collected within the timeframe set by your local postal or courier service.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Reshipment will occur only after these fees are paid.
