Products manufactured from Recycled PET may not always have the same perfectly uniform appearance as parts made from virgin materials. Slight variations in color, transparency and surface finish are a natural result of the recycling process and make every product unique.
These cosmetic differences do not affect the strength, accuracy or functionality of the product.
Contrary to common belief, Recycled PET is not a lower-cost material. We recycle, process and prepare the material ourselves, which requires additional equipment, time and energy. In many cases, the manufacturing cost is equal to or even higher than producing the same part from new material.
🎨 Color selection is not possible. Recycled PET products are shipped in a random color, with transparent white being the most common depending on the available recycled material.
By choosing Recycled PET, you are supporting sustainable manufacturing and helping reduce plastic waste without compromising product performance.

During peak seasons, holidays, or public holidays, dispatch may be delayed by 3–10 additional business days.
2. Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 14 additional business days due to seasonal volume.
3. Secured Delivery (with Priority Processing)
Recommended for orders up to €150.
Includes postal insurance: if the parcel is lost or damaged, the postal service will issue a refund.
What does “Priority Processing” mean?
Priority orders are processed before standard ones. Please note that this does not guarantee faster postal delivery, as transit times depend on the destination and postal system.

🔐 Customer Responsibility
Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Your delivery information is accurate and complete.
The parcel is collected within the timeframe set by your local postal or courier service.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Reshipment will occur only after these fees are paid.
